By purchasing or booking a service from Smart Travel With Hani, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Smart Travel With Hani provides personalized travel planning, research, recommendations, and consulting services. Depending on the service purchased, this may include travel consultations, personalized itineraries, flight research, accommodation recommendations, transportation guidance, and customized travel plans.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Smart Travel With Hani does not act as a travel agency and does not book flights, hotels, transportation, activities, or other travel services on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for making and confirming their own reservations.

2. Client Information & Responsibilities

Recommendations are created based on the information provided by the client, including travel dates, budget, preferences, interests, number of travelers, and other relevant details.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information before planning begins.

Smart Travel With Hani is not responsible for recommendations that become unsuitable because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or because the client's circumstances or preferences change after planning has begun.

3. Personalized Services

Personalized recommendations are created specifically for each client based on the information and preferences provided.

Personalization does not guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly match a client's subjective preferences. Smart Travel With Hani agrees to provide the service described at the time of purchase and to conduct reasonable research in preparing recommendations.

4. Revisions

Personalized planning services include one complimentary round of reasonable revisions, unless otherwise stated in the individual service description.

Revision requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receiving the completed service.

All requested changes should be submitted together as one revision request.

Revisions must remain within the original scope of the service. Significant changes, including but not limited to:

  • Changing the destination

  • Substantially changing travel dates

  • Adding destinations

  • Adding travelers with different planning needs

  • Significantly changing the original budget

  • Changing the overall style or purpose of the trip may require an additional fee or a new service.

Once the included revision has been completed, the service is considered complete. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

5. Service Completion

A service will be considered complete when:

  • The agreed-upon deliverables have been provided; and

  • The included revision has been completed, if requested; or

  • Five calendar days have passed after delivery without a revision request.

Client satisfaction is important to Smart Travel With Hani; however, personalized services do not include unlimited modifications or ongoing planning support unless specifically included in the purchased service.

6. Payments

Payment must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services advertised as "Starting at" a particular price may require a personalized quote based on trip duration, number of destinations, complexity, and requested services.

The final price will be communicated to and accepted by the client before payment and before work begins.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Because personalized travel services require research and work specifically tailored to each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

If a client has concerns about a completed service, they should contact Smart Travel With Hani within five calendar days of delivery. Reasonable concerns falling within the original scope of the purchased service will first be addressed through the included revision process.

A change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference does not automatically entitle a client to a refund when the agreed service has been properly delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

8. Prices & Availability

Flight prices, hotel rates, transportation fares, activity prices, and availability can change at any time.

All prices and availability presented in a travel plan or recommendation are based on information available at the time of research.

Smart Travel With Hani cannot guarantee that a particular price, fare, room, seat, route, or activity will remain available after recommendations have been delivered.

Clients are encouraged to verify all details before booking.

9. Third-Party Bookings

Smart Travel With Hani may provide links or recommendations for airlines, hotels, booking platforms, transportation providers, restaurants, tour operators, and other third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Smart Travel With Hani is not affiliated with these providers and is not responsible for their:

  • Cancellations or schedule changes

  • Pricing changes

  • Refund policies

  • Service quality

  • Lost baggage

  • Delays

  • Closures

  • Booking errors

  • Changes in operating hours

Any booking made with a third-party provider is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

10. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Any information provided regarding visas, passports, entry requirements, vaccination requirements, or immigration rules is provided as general travel guidance only.

Requirements may change and can vary based on nationality, residency status, destination, travel history, and individual circumstances.

Clients are responsible for verifying official requirements with the relevant government authorities, embassies, or consulates before traveling.

Smart Travel With Hani does not provide legal or immigration advice and cannot guarantee entry into any country.

11. Safety & Travel Conditions

Travel recommendations may consider generally available information regarding destinations and neighborhoods. However, conditions can change.

Clients remain responsible for evaluating their own comfort level and reviewing current official travel advisories and local conditions before and during travel.

12. Travel Insurance

Clients are encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance for their individual circumstances.

Smart Travel With Hani is not responsible for financial losses resulting from trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost belongings, or other unforeseen travel disruptions.

13. Intellectual Property

Personalized itineraries, travel plans, guides, and other materials created by Smart Travel With Hani are provided for the purchasing client's personal use.

They may not be resold, commercially distributed, reproduced for business purposes, or presented as another person's work without permission.

14. Communication

Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring communications related to their service.

Delays in providing requested information may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service from Smart Travel With Hani, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
